LightSwitch Extensions Made easy.

A simple extension that helps to create and install other LightSwitch extensions.

Using this extension, one can:
- install extensions using Nuget
- create extensions inside a LightSwitch application
- debug extension
- ...

The source code is provided as is. It is not guaranteed to be the latest version found on MSDN, or to compile on your pc (hardcoded paths, whatever).
